We want you to love your Onion experience. However, you can't like everything.....
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from Onion, we will refund the purchase price (other than gift cards).
Subject to the following conditions :
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You must provide your name and order number.
- The returned items must not be lace or custom designed items.
- The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached. We will also not issue refunds for garments with makeup, oil or deodorant stains.
- If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions 1-4 above. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item unless the item is faulty or we are at fault for the return. In this case, we will cover the return shipping charge.
- Items purchased at Trunk Shows are non-refundable.
- Items purchased during regular sales are refundable only.
- Items purchased during clearance sales are non-refundable.
- T-shirts are non-refundable.
- No refund on belts.
Shipping costs can only be refunded on faulty items that have been purchased separately. Shipping will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the invoice when a faulty item is returned.
